To be put on a waiting list for a pup, A $300.00 deposit is required.  Full payment is due at the time of pick-up.  Deposit is non-refundable.

The seller guarantees that this puppy is registered with the AKC and has provided the official AKC registration document.

The above purchaser has been provided with a shot and worming record and feeding and care instruction.

The above purchaser agrees to spay (female pup) no earlier than 10 months of age or neuter (male pup) no earlier than 12 months of age to allow for maturity and help prevent Orthopedic Disorders and other long term health problems associated with early spay/neuter.

The above described puppy is guaranteed for 48 hours against contractible diseases.   If above described puppy is found to be ill within the first 48 hours of purchase, with a contractible disease, the purchaser must return the puppy to the breeder for a full refund or replacement and the puppy will be treated by the breeder’s Veterinary, or if purchaser chooses to keep the above described puppy, any and all Veterinary cost will be paid by the breeder up to the amount puppy was purchased.  Any Veterinary cost above the amount puppy was purchased for, will be the purchaser’s responsibility.   Any and all Veterinary reports of diagnosis and receipts will be required.  Purchaser must prove the puppy ill is the puppy identified with the above Micro Chip #.  Identification test must be in writing by Veterinarian.  This guarantee does not apply to puppies that have been injured or neglected.   This guarantee only applies during the first 48 hours of purchase and breeder must be notified within this time frame.  Purchaser is responsible for all cost of transportation, postal fees and identification tests.

The seller guarantees puppy replacement for all hereditary defects known within the Labrador Retriever breed until 12 months of age.  This guarantee does not apply to cosmetic defects or allergies.

                                                                      HEREDITARY DEFECT GUARANTEE

Purchaser must prove the dog with a hereditary defect is the dog identified with the above AKC litter # and Micro Chip # and must bring documentation to the breeder.   The purchaser is responsible for the cost of any and all identification test.

The above dog must be positively diagnosed with the defect, and proven to be hereditary within the Labrador Retriever breed and verified in writing with references to the defect by a licensed Veterinary and/or through the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals), when applying to Hips and Elbows.   Purchaser must verify this with written documentation from a licensed Veterinarian within 30 days of diagnosis.

The above dog must be at a level of mild, moderate or severe hip dysplasia or grade I, II or III elbow dysplasia and bilateral to qualify for guarantee.  Purchaser is responsible for any and all costs including transportation.

This guarantee applies only to dogs 12 months and younger with positive diagnoses of hip or elbow dysplasia through the OFA  or 12 months or younger for any other hereditary defect known within the Labrador Retriever breed, has not been used for breeding, has not been spayed (female) before 10 months of age or neutered (male) before 12 months of age and is not to be considered overweight by a licensed Veterinary.

Breeder, Bonnie Hansen has the option to seek a second opinion on diagnosis (by exam if necessary) by any desired Licensed Veterinary when deemed necessary by her.  Veterinary cost accrued for second opinion diagnosis will be the responsibility of the Breeder.________________

This guarantee does not apply to cosmetic defects such as miss-marked coats, overshot jaw, undershot jaw, wry mouth, missing teeth, allergies or any other defect not causing debilitating conditions.

The above identified dog must be neutered/spayed if proven to have any hereditary defect known within the Labrador Retriever breed and verification of spay/neuter must be provided to the breeder by a licensed Veterinarian within 120 days of the positive diagnoses.  The responsibility of all cost, including transportation to be that of the purchaser.

If the above-described dog is positively diagnosed with a hereditary defect known within the Labrador Retriever breed, documentation has been provided and all terms and conditions are met, the breeder will replace the above described dog with another AKC puppy as soon as one becomes available, which will have a written guarantee.  Color and sex of replacement puppy is not guaranteed.  Puppy replacement must take place within 1 years (12 months) from the date of above dog’s diagnosis.

This guarantee does not apply to dogs that have been injured, abused, neglected, obese, spayed or neutered earlier than signed agreement states or proper feeding and care instruction have not been followed.

Veterinary costs accrued are the responsibility of the purchaser.___________

This guarantee will be void if any part of agreement is broken or above described dog is transferred to new ownership.___________

The above-described dog will remain with the purchaser and cared for accordingly.
